The typical turnaround time for photos is within 24 hours of photoshoot. For video its typically within 48 hours depending on video type. For appointments on weekends may not be ready until Monday.
There is no limit to where we will go; however, up to 30 miles from Corona (92880) its free and beyond that there is a travel fee based on distance.
The photos are owned my the agent/seller. WS Photography only ask that we are able to use a few photos for marketing purpose on our website and/or social media.
Yes, we are licensed and certified by the FAA.
A cancelation fee of $65 may be applied if appointment is canceled within 6 hours of appointment.
A revisit fee of $65 plus travel fee if applicable will be charged if photographer needs to come back to complete the photo shoot at a later date.
Same day appointments available based on availability. We do work on weekends as needed but photo delivery can be delayed 24-48 hours.
Websites are active for 6 months, unless extended by the agent. All domains are registered with eNom Central for 12 months.
Yes, we offer basic photo editing such as removing items, green grass, sky replacement, fireplace flames.
Although, Venmo is the preferred method of payment we do accept Credit Cards, Zelle and old fashion Cash.
All photos are stored for a max of 6 months. Please make sure to download all media once received for future needs.
